Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveBids.lol ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. How the Platform Works

LiveBids.lol is a public voting leaderboard. Users can submit their product URL or handle to be placed on a ranked leaderboard for free. Your rank is determined solely by community votes — the listing with the most votes holds the #1 position. The leaderboard is dynamic, and rank positions change based on incoming votes.

3. Voting Rules & Enforcement

To ensure fairness, voting is restricted by IP address. Each IP address may cast exactly one vote per listing every 12 hours. We strictly prohibit the use of automated voting scripts, bots, proxy networks, VPN switching, or any other methods designed to artificially inflate vote counts.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious voting patterns and remove listings that benefit from fraudulent votes, without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Listings must be submitted for legitimate product URLs or handles. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our content policy.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings that link to or promote:

  • Illegal products, services, or activities
  • Adult, explicit, or NSFW content
  • Malware, phishing, or otherwise harmful sites
  • Spam, fake products, or misleading URLs
  • Hate speech, discriminatory content, or violence

Listings in violation of this policy will be permanently removed.

6. Limitation of Liability

LiveBids.lol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of ranking, loss of traffic, or any listing removals.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
