LiveBids.lol is a transparent, community-driven voting leaderboard where attention is earned, not bought. Here is everything you need to know about how the board operates.
Your Rank is Your Votes
Your position on the leaderboard is determined purely by your total vote count.
- •The listing with the most votes holds the #1 spot.
- •Submitting a listing is completely free — no payment, no account required.
- •Your listing is published immediately across the global leaderboard and your chosen category.
- •New listings start with 0 votes and rise based on community support.
One Vote Per IP Every 12 Hours
Each IP address can vote for any given listing once every 12 hours.
- •Vote enforcement is done server-side by IP address — it cannot be spoofed by clients.
- •You can vote for as many different listings as you like.
- •Once voted, the button shows ✅ Voted and is disabled for 12 hours for that listing from your IP.
- •Vote counts update in real time across all visitor sessions.
Submitting a Listing
Anyone can submit a product, startup, tool, or creator handle for free.
- •Enter your product URL (e.g. yourproduct.com) or X/Twitter @handle.
- •Choose the most relevant category for your listing.
- •Optionally add a short description (up to 160 characters).
- •If your domain is already listed, re-submitting will update the category/description without resetting votes.
First-Come First-Served Tie-Breakers
If two listings have identical vote counts, the earlier submission wins.
- •In the event of a vote tie, the listing submitted earlier holds the higher rank.
- •This rewards early adopters who built community support over time.
- •To break a tie, simply get more votes from your community.
Legitimate Listings Only
LiveBids.lol is a curated directory for genuine products, startups, creators, and tools.
- •Malicious links, phishing sites, illegal content, and spam will be permanently removed.
- •Ensure your domain name and URL are accurate before submitting.
- •Vote manipulation (using proxies, VPNs, or bots to cast fake votes) is strictly prohibited and will result in removal.
Fair Play & Anti-Abuse
The platform uses server-side IP enforcement to keep voting honest.
- •Automated voting, VPN-switching, or any form of vote farming will result in the listing being removed.
- •We reserve the right to investigate and disqualify any listing with suspicious vote patterns.
- •The goal is genuine community discovery — please vote only for things you actually find valuable.
💡Example Voting Walkthrough
1. Startup A submits startupa.com for free and starts with 0 votes.
2. Startup A shares their listing link. 500 users visit the leaderboard and click 👍 Vote. Startup A now has 500 votes and climbs the board.
3. Startup B submits too but gets 600 votes — Startup B is now #1. Startup A drops to #2.
4. Startup A rallies their community for more votes. Once they hit 601 votes, they reclaim #1 — completely free.
