  • IP address (used to prevent vote manipulation and enforce rate limits)
  • Referring URL

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To display your listing on the public leaderboard
  • To track community votes and assign your rank
  • To respond to contact form enquiries
  • To count aggregate site visits for display purposes
  • To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Public Data

Your product URL or handle and category are displayed publicly on the leaderboard. By submitting a listing, you consent to this information being shown to all visitors of LiveBids.lol.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (such as our database host, Supabase) only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, and only under confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

Listings (handle, category, timestamp) and anonymous vote records are retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard history. Contact form submissions are deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies or local storage to manage your session and theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
